FLIGHT

Aim: To learn about flight and aerodynamics.

  • In your groups of 3, you will make a paper plane and measure its distance and behaviour.
  • In groups of 3, you will make a water rocket and record its distance and behaviour.
Image result for flight forces

Definition: the action or process of flying through the air.

4 forces of flight:

  1.   Gravity
  2.    thrust
  3.   Drag
  4.   lift

Paper Plane:

Material:

1. paper
2. ruler
3. paper clips

Steps:

1. get a paper
2. fold paper
3. cut the wing of the paper aeroplane
4. fly the paper aeroplane.

Findings:

Plane Type

4.5mStraight Line

Conclusion:
Today we did paper aeroplane we made a paper aeroplane because to test the force of flight, we also measure the plane when it lands. here are the materials we used, paper, ruler, and paper clips.
