Athletics Day

Yesterday was fun because it was Athletics Day Yesterday I was so tired because all of the sprints and running and jumping my favorite activity on Athletics was Long jump and Long distance I'm really bad at High jump I keep failing High jump, Long jump is actually not that hard, long distances was not hard I was tired on Long distance after we finished Long distances we had a break after we had a break we 

did discus but I didn't throw harder, shot put was fun but the ball was heavy and it's hard to throw

sprints is amazing and I don't really know what place I am but it was great I didn't know I was fourth places I think I don't have any Idea what place I am on Sprints but it was fun. When I get home I was so tired about the Athletics day and I didn't sleep early.

Did you know the moon is smaller than the earth and the moon is made of rock,

Did you know the moon is smaller than the other planet.The moon weighs is about 80 time less than earth. The moon comes out every night.

Why do the moon is smaller than the earth? Why do the moon is closer than the earth and the sun is not closer to the earth. The moon is very hot during the day but very cold at night. the average surface temperature of the moon is 107 degrees Celsius during the day and -153 Degrees Celsius at night.there is different kind of moon like full moon.

Although research is continuing most scientists agree that the moon features small amounts of water.the first person to set foot on the moon was Neil armstrong.

Why do the moon made of rock? Well lots of us don’t know how it made. did anyone know there is a movie called moon I haven’t watch it but I think it’s really fun to watch, When you look at the window at night time and sometimes the moon is bigger and sometime the moon is smaller the moon is fun to watch at night because sometime when you're not asleep sometime you look up in the sky and you see the moon.

Hi guys welcome to my blog again I been working harder about this slide show but I haven't finished it this slide show called Freak the mighty Character traits, I really like the book because it give me more information and details about the Freak the Mighty book and I'm almost finished this character traits about Freak the Mighty, Sometime there is more interesting word in the book and I'm almost chapter 8 in the book because sometimes I don't read the Freak the mighty book and sometimes I read it, and I also look at the end of the book to find more details and good interesting words but sometimes I get confused about freak the mighty book.

Experiences of Canterbury swim school

(Focus how to achieve swimming in Canterbury swim school)

At Canterbury swims school I've learn lots of lesson that Penelope taught me and I work harder to achieve swimming also Yesterday we went into the deep pool to learn how to jump I was nervous

because it was my first time jumping in the deep pool when Penelope told me that she well catch me,

and when I was in the water the pool wasn't deep so I started swimming back to the edge of the pool. Penelope said to me that my goal is bubble breath and today was the final Canterbury swim school,

 but I had lot's of fun and I had learn something about swimming.

Swimming

On Monday it was my first day of swimming we ride a bus all the way to Canterbury. swim school when we arrived we went inside, when were inside we take our shoes off, went in the changing room so we change our clothes my instructors called the name we went to the pool in groups we had a board to hold on and the instructors said you need to work on the bubble breath. I've learn a lot of things the bubble breath and the free style and today I've learn the sit dive and also I had a great day, before went sit dive I  was scared because I've never done sit dive. before and when I tried to sit dive it wasn't that bad but I was still scared and when we finished swimming. I change my clothes and put my shoes on and line up then we went inside in the bus and I had lots of fun.

Skyler and Lyan, and I made a clay and it's about a among the hidden novel character collection we made a laptop and the book and a fake I.D and a brown bag and clay money. after we Finnish making the character collection. we put it in a paper and then we put information in the paper and design it we put are name in the orange paper and I think me and Skyler and lyan did a pretty good job making it.

The sky was blue like the sea, the birds were flying in the sky. the cloud are soft and fluffy like a bunny the cloud where making some animal to the humans to make them happy, the birds were carrying a white bag there was one grey cloud. he was lonely he tried to make a puppy but he make a baby crocodile and he started playing at the crocodile the bird came and the crocodile started eating the bird head the next day the bird came the grey cloud give the bird a the bighorn sheep keep hitting the bird and the next day the grey cloud trying to make a baby sheep,he make a hedgehog the bird touch the hedgehog the bird grab the hedgehog and fly away when the bird came the grey cloud started to make a baby shark. The bird fly away to another cloud. The grey cloud was angry there was lightning the bird came and the bird had some costume with a white bag. The grey cloud hug the bird the grey cloud make a electric eel and the cloud was happy The end.

Journey about a the greatest show in (extravaganza)

last night was the greatest show and we went to the high school Auditorium  I've learned about how to present your self in the stage, everyone look great in there costumes and my favorite song was six month in the leaky boat they dance great but before we went in stage I was nervous so we line up to our lines in group. my groups song name is how bizarre  the first group come up to the stage was I see red then the chains, six month in the leaky boat and I think after the six month in the leaky boat it was sway and after the sway it our turn when I get up into the stage I was nervous and everyone looking at the stage so I just smiled at the audience and try to not being nervous I was kind of scared but after the show I was feeling little better and my mom said that next time try to not be nervous and It was lots of fun I enjoyed it and my mom said they enjoyed the show.

Volcano

Last week we made a Volcano and we did the eruption and me and Zayd work the the saying yesterday and I hope you like it

Cultural dance

On Wednesday we perform a sasa dance and a super haka dance and also rakou stick and it was really fun. and after we had our shared lunch, and we watch movie.

abstract seashell in the sea

W.A.L.T: create an original sculptures using object found on the beach. 

This term we went on Spencer park  to have fun and first we did  playground and lagoon walk, bird look out and beach we collect seashells and  stick to make our sculptures then we build some interesting stuff like a handle or flower or dolphin and put hot glue in it to stick it together. and some of them different designs like a swing and a cave.

The trip to the Spencer park

Last Friday Ako Ngatahi travelled to Spencer Park to have some fun and learn about new things. I sat with Skyler on the bus and we we’re talking in the bus.

When we arrived at Spencer Park, first we played on the playground. I went on the swings.

Then we walked to the lagoon. We saw a bird lookout and horses. The bird was white and short, with a long beak. The horses were brown and tall.

Next, we went to the beach. We picked up sea shells and they were white and round.

Then we went on the playground and had our lunch. I had carrots and watermelon.

Finally, we went on the bus and me and Alliah talked about music, then about siblings and about funny stuff. I was tired when I arrived at the school.  

I’ve learned about the horse, seashells and the bird look out.

In Ako Ngatahi we had to write a narrative about a video. It was about a boy opening a present that was a dog with three legs. Here is the video of the present. I hope you enjoy my story.

One sunny day I was gaming and my mom went home and she bought a present for me and she put the present on the table and mom said go open your present I was excited when I opened it up, it was a puppy then I saw his one leg then I threw him away  and he came back and I kicked  him away and he saw a red ball bang!!! He bomp on the cabin.  He trying to get the ball out  underneath the cabin and i watched the dog was  having fun playing with the red ball and the ball went on my foot so i grab the ball and went outside and we play threw the ball the end
